1 point...makes 8 servings

1 large can of no salt beef broth
1 TB. low sodium Worcesstershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup quick cooked barley
pan spray
1 8oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small chopped sweet onion
1 rib of celery chopped
1 carrot chopped

combined broth, sauce and salt and pepper bring to a boil, add barley cover and simmer 10 minutes remove from heat let stand 5 minutes. Spray a saute pan and add all veggies, cook till tender stir into barley mixture.

good on holidays with turkey instead of stuffing..
