1/4 c. plain non fat yogurt
2 tabl. reduced fat manyonnaise
1 1/2 tabl. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. chopped Granny Smith apple
1 c. chopped red apple
1 c. chopped celery
Red leaf lettuce, washed and spun dry.
1 tabl. chopped toasted pecans.

You could add grapes halved.

Combine yogurt, mayo, lemon juice and mustard in a large bowl. Stir well. Add apple and celery. Toss gently to combine. To serve line plates with lettuce leaves. Divide salad and sprinkle with nuts.
