Here's a great picnic take-along! Easy and quick to make and delicious!
French Carrot Salad
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced onion (I use a sweet onion)
1/4 cup Fat-free French dressing
1 teaspoon dried parsely flakes
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
In a medium bowl, combine the carrots anoinion. Add french dressing, parsley and mayonnaise. Mix gently to combine. cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
