Serves 4. 2 points per serving
l and a half lbs.red & white potatoes(small diced)
l tsp. white wine vinegar
l/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
2 Tbsp reduced fat mayo
l Tbsp. Dijon mustard
l/8 cup dill pickle juice
l tsp salt
l/3 cup minced celery
l/4 cup minced white onion
l tsp. minced parsley
l tsp. minced dill
coarse black pepper

Dice potatoes into l" pieces. Cover with cold water in pan and bring to boil. Cook 7 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Combine next 6 ingredients. Add to potatoes. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pepper to taste.
This can be easily doubled, a great summer recipe!~!!
