From Little Debbie
Little Debbie's Zero-Point Marinated Veggie Salad
cherry tomatoes, whole
red onion slices
mushrooms
cauliflower flowerets
zucchini slices
yellow squash slices
cucumber slices
red, green, orange and/or bell pepper rings
broccoli flowerets
**Dressing Recipe**
1 bottle Weight Watchers Fat Free Italian Dressing OR Kraft Free
Zesty Italian Dressing (Be sure to use Fat Free Italian, the Zesty
works best if you can't find WW brand)
2 packets Equal® sweetener or Splenda sweetner
Pick your favorites from this list. Mix and match any or all of these
or any non-starchy fresh vegetables in season. (You can blanche
the cauliflower & broccoli to make them more tender)
Wash and prepare veggies and place in a very large serving bowl.
**For Dressing - pour 1 to 2 packets of Equal or Splenda into the
bottle of dressing and shake well.
Pour dressing over vegetable and toss gently.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at leat 4 hours or longer. (Also great
the next day or two)
Notes: WW= Zero points!
A fabulous dish to take to picnics, covered dish suppers or serve at
Bar-B-Ques. Good to have around for the munchies. The colors
make a beautiful salad. This is a summer time favorite of mine and
my guests just love it. It's so easy. Enjoy!
