Low point salad dressing

This is almost to easy to call a recipe, but before I found WW123,
I was using all the high-fat (probably full of points) dressings
from the store for my salads. Since I have a salad with dinner
most nights, this dressing is a life-saver.

I start with the Good Seasons mixes. I also purchased their salad
dressing bottle (it has a fancy name, but I will completely mangle
it, so lets just call it a bottle). I follow their instructions to fill
vinegar to the "V" line. I like to try different vinegars, (balsamic is
a favorite, red-wine, rice vinegar, and some with garlic added). I
use Brita water to fill to the "W" line. I add the spice pack. (I use
a few of their flavors, Italian, Zesty Italian, Roasted Garlic). Now
I deviate from their instructions. Instead of pouring oil in to the
"O" line, I put more water in, about half-way to the "O" line. THen
I add the oil to the "O" line. By putting the extra water first, given
the bottle's shape, I have cut the Oil (and the fat, and the points)
by more than 1/2. Shake well, & serve over salad.

2 Tablespoons(and yes, I measure before I put it on the salad) is
a lite 2 points.
