Well..I haven't bought my bread machine yet..still thinking about it, but I came across two recipes, ww-with points. I thought someone out there might like them.

First Recipe -

1 cup water
2 T. water
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
4 cups bread flour
3 T. dry skim milk
1 1/4 tsp.salt
1 tsp. yeast
1/3 cup dried fruit - blueberry

put in all but dried blueverries. Use sweet or basic/white setting, medium or light color. Add blueberries at beep cycle or 5 mins. before last kneading cycle ends. Bake and remove to cool on rack.

Serves 16 // makes 2 pound loaf

3-points/serving

I found this at angelfire.com

Hi Dawna,

Both of the recipes you posted sound great.

May try this one today with cranberries in it (I already have some).

Thanks,

Bill

I haven't tried any of these yet, but WW ran an article on bread machine recipes...
http://www.weightwatchers.com/pageutilities/m4_article_multiplepage_first.asp?art_id=1131&tabnum=5&subnav=FOOD+&+RECIPES

It includes zucchini bread, garlic-herb bread, and sour cream & onion bread.
