Easy and quick to make.
Mix:
1/4 c. egg sub.
2T vanilla slimfast
1 pkg equal
1t vannilla
add apple pie spice to taste
Dip 2 slices of diet bread in mixture. Fry until golden in a sprayed unstick skillet.
Spread 1/2T of WW butter and 2T of SF syrup on each slice.
(The rest of the slimfast I save for a "snack" )
