From Eat for a Healthy Lifestyle class
6 (1 oz) slices French Bread, lightly toasted (about 2" thick)
2 Tabl. commercial fat free or recduced calorie Italian dressing
1/2 c. (2 oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese or jack cheese
1 Tabl. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp minced fresh basil or 3/4 tsp dried basil, crumbled
Place lightl toasted bread slices on a cookie sheet. Brush tops with salad dressing. Srinkle herbs over slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 6" from heat until cheese melts. (about 2 - 3 min) Serve warm.
