Pumpkin Raisin Nut Bread


1 15.4 oz package nut quick bread mix (such as Pillsbury)
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine bread mix and raisins in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine pumpkin and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.

Spoon batter into an 8 1/2- x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
