Made this tonight from WW Just Like Home Cookbook. Delicious, fast and easy. A real keeper!

1 6oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits(5 biscuits, such as Hungry Jack)
2 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can condensed reduced fat reduced salt cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 10oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Bake biscuits according to pkg directions, set aside and keep warm

Combine all other ingredients in saucepan and cook 10 minutes,or until thoroughly heated, over medium heat, stirring frequently

Split 4 biscuits in half, Spoon 1 cup of chicken mixture over each split biscuit. (Reserve remaining biscuit for another use)

4 servings, each = 8 points
