Chicken Parmesan Italiano - 3.5 points

Chicken Parmesan Italiano

1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
4 TB Kraft nonfat grated Parmesan topping
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
2 TB lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each raw)
Nonstick cooking spray

1. Heat oven to 425. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, parmesan and oregano; mix well. In small cup or bowl, combine lemon juice and garlic.

3. Brush both sides of chicken with lemon juice mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on sprayed foil-lined cookie sheet. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray.

4. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
