I originally got this off the 3FC site

From: WW New Complete Cookbook
Serves: 4

1 pound turkey cutlets -- 4 3-oz pieces
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp dry white wine
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1 tbsp dried chopped basil
1 tsp butter or margarine
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1. On a sheet of wax paper, sprinkle the tyrkey on both sides with the cheese and pepper. In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tsp of the oil. Saute the turkey until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a platter.

2 In the skillet, heat the remaining tsp of oil. Toast the almonds, stitting constantly, until golden, about 1 minute. Transfer to a small bowl.

3. In the skillet, combine the broth, wine, garlic and 2 tbsp water; bring to a boil. Boil until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the almonds, basil, margarine and lemon juice. Serve turkey with the sauce.
