Here is a recipe from the Weight Watchers Annual Recipes for Success 2001.

CRANBERRY-JALAPENO CHEESE
8 servings (2 tablespoons cream cheese + 2 teaspoons cranberry mixture)
1 point per serving

1/2 cup fresh cranberries
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons hot jalapeno jelly
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 (8oz) block fat-free cream cheese

1. Combine cranberries and water in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat; cook until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Add jelly; cook until jelly melts, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and lime juice. Cool to room temperature.
2. Place cheese on a serving plate; pour cranberry mixture over cheese.

Points:1. Exchanges: 1/2 fruit.

fat - 0 grams
fiber - 0.1 grams

This recipe sounds yummy and will look great on my holiday buffet table! The cranberries will make great eye candy and I think I will garnish with some cilantro for that holiday red and green combo! Thanks ;)

Mmmmmm this sounds good! My mom always used to put out cream cheese with the jalapeno jelly on top, but I'll have to send her this interesting variation. She will love it! Thanks!
