hey there is a great "smoothie" in the Recipie section here called an Orange Scream. I tend to cut the recipie in half and let it last me two days, but I found it was GRRRReat with a banana added <s>

Thought I would make it easier and just post it :)~!

Ingredients:

1 can (6 oz) unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 ice cubes


Instructions:


1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until thick and foamy.
2. Serve immediately.

Yield: Makes 4 servings.
