Hot Artichoke Dip

Recipe By : Adapted from The Pampered Chef Favorites II

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 can artichoke hearts -- (14 oz can)
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
3 cloves pressed garlic
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients. Spoon into a small-medium
size baking dish (which I spray first with nonstick spray). Bake 20-25 minutes
or until heated through.

Serve with bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables (and add points accordingly).

NOTES : Adaptations ... The original recipe called for:
- 2 jars (6 oz each) marinated artichoke hearts
- only 1 clove of pressed garlic
- regular sour cream
- regular mayonnaise
