2 cups criss-cross of corn and rice cereal (such as Crispix)
2 cups crispy wheat cereal squares (such as Wheat chex)
1 1/2 cups tiny salted pretzels
1/2 cup unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie stick margarine, melted
2 teaspons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt-fee, extra spicy herb-and-spice blend
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan. Combine margarine and Worcestershire sauce; pour over cereal mixture, tossing gently. Sprinkle with herb-and-spice blend; toss well. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in raisins. Let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 1 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
