Chili-Bean Dip
Chili-Bean Dip
1 (19-ounce) can canellini or other white beans, drained
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until
smooth. Sevie dip with assorted raw vegetables.
Yield: 4 servings
Serving Size: 7 tablespoons
