Getting Back To Goal looks like a great thread. Do you post everyday or once a week ?? What are your guidelines for discussion?
I've been away from BCB for a long time (6-9 months). :eek: Over that time I've gained about 7 lbs. graemlins/ugh.gif For the last 2 months I've stayed the same. I know one of my major downfalls is "mental" journaling. I'm still excersing - as a matter of fact I've joined a running group. :D
I really need to be refocused and re-enthused. I know that BCB is the place to be for that.
I've never really been part of a "group" though and think that would be awesome.
