I am having a little trouble keeping track of my flex points. I HATE the new tracker so I have just been using a notebook. What method do all of you use for tracking points? I think I must be having a "senior week" as I normally could prob. figure this out for myself! LOL!!!!!

I actually bought the 12wk journals and use them more space for food and the water and veggies and things are on the first page but recently I found I could use 3 lines a day for my own squares to keep track of my water instead of flipping back. I like having those on the same page. I do count down though now.

I hate the new journal too, Diana. There's very little room for writing in it. I actually had an old 12 week journal that I'm using. I just write down how many flex points are left at the top and keep track of them that way. It's worked well for me so far.

I don't like the new journal either and have met MANY others who don't. The lines are far to small and I liked having one page for everyday of the week.
So I just used a blank notebook for a journal and use a clean page for each day.
Be sure to call your local WW office or 1-800 number to let them know you don't like the new journal. They won't know we don't like it if we don't tell them.
