Hi friends, I know this is very late, but it's the lst. chance I've had to get to the computer today.
Yesterday went OK for DH. Two polyps were removed during the procedure. These were sent out for biopsy, which is routine, and the results will be back in a week or so. The Dr. said though that he was not worried. Naturally, we won't really relax until the results come back.
He went through the procedure OK, except he had severe stomach pains after the procedure because of all the air they pump into you. I guess this is to expand things for a better look..not real sure about this. Anyway, I brought him straight home after I picked him up, and there were no stops for food as he was wincing in pain and holding his stomach. He layed down for several hours, and felt much better when he got up. He still wasn't interested in much eating though.
Today we took the day off and just had a leisurely day with a little shopping & lots of r & r.
That's about it for now. I'm really bushed, and I have to get up early tomorrow morning for grocery shopping.
