Yes, I'm starting this early this week. I have to go to work in the morning, as we are still dealing with the computer mess from last week.
I'm still really enjoying my Nordic Track. Last week I added light hand weights, which I use intermitently with the hand pullies. I will also increase the leg tension a little bit this week.
So, who's going to join me???
Hugs,
Dawna

I'm in, too, but I still have to exercise tonight & add it to the older thread. I didn't even feel like working out tonight until I checked into the board--got me motivated! Plus I took last night off.
Sunday - 50 min. Denise Austin step tape w/o step
Monday - Resistance tube workout
Tuesday- 45 min. Jane Fonda step w/o the step, or Jane Fonda!
Wednesday-33 min. Kathy Smith step tape w/o step
Thursday-Off-too busy packing for vacation to CA tomorrow
Friday-arrived in CA & took graddaughter for a short but brisk & hot stroller walk--my legs were actually giving out on me
Saturday-Off

I'm in too. I'm doing unbelievably well at keeping up exercise when I know I have to be accountable here. It means I keep looking for alternate things to do that count towards exercise so I can post here, rather than just blowing off exercise if a day isn't going as planned.
That being said, today I'm planning not to exercise. I exercised all last week, despite not feeling well, but today I feel really lousy and am heading back to bed. Should I wake up feeling better later, then I might go for a walk. But for now, it will be a day of rest.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Sunday: planned graemlins/sleep.gif
graemlins/thumbup.gif Monday: 35 min moderate walk, and 30 min moderate on the exercise bike while watching tv. I slept a lot today but was up for a walk and then made myself bike to 'pay' for the tv. Yesterday I did only 1700 steps on the pedometer - a new low for me. Today I'm over 7000 which is about average for me.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Tuesday: Curves
:( Wednesday: Nothing (spent the day with my dh, watching a movie, lunch out, shopping and then dinner at home cuz it was our anniversary.)
graemlins/thumbup.gif Thursday: 30 minute fast walk with dh. Then a second 20 minute power walk on my own. With the shopping I did too, I ended up taking over 11500 steps for the day.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Friday: Curves and 35 minute moderate walk
:( : Saturday: My computer got a virus so I spent the day recovering that instead of my planned trip to Curves, or even just something at home.
So I didn't do great for the week but I did get a fair bit of movement in. I cut my points back by 2 this week to lose a bit of weight and have succeeded with that despite fewer activity points.

Howdy all,
Back for another week -- less than a month now until my half marathon, so I need to stay focused.
Here's my plan:
graemlins/thumbup.gif Sunday: 21K run, 4 hrs. volleyball
graemlins/sleep.gif Monday: much needed rest day after Sunday's exercise extravaganza!
graemlins/thumbup.gif Tuesday: weights/abs
 Wednesday: nothing -- worked 13 hours prepping for big photo shoot.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Thursday: weights/abs, 10K run (hills) plus running around, lifting furniture and carrying stuff at the shoot
graemlins/thumbup.gif Friday: stretch/tone, went out dancing
graemlins/bcbkick.gif Saturday: nothing -- after a tough week at work just couldn't find the energy. Ugh.

Hi all! Well this weekend wasn't so great for exercise. Did a lot of painting the house on both Sat. and Sun, very busy. Somehow, I also managed to slightly pull my upper hamstring. We'll have to see how that goes at spinning tonight. I might have to take it a bit easier this week.
Here's my plan:
graemlins/sleep.gif Sunday: resting sore hamstring. My theory is that if I walk "funny" I probably shouldn't go running... ;)
graemlins/thumbup.gif Monday: 1hr spinning class 4AP
graemlins/thumbup.gif Tuesday: 1hr yoga 2AP
:( Wednesday: stomach flu, can't eat let alone run...oh well at least the hamstring will get a chance to heal some more
graemlins/sleep.gif Thursday: feeling a bit better but exhausted. rest day.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Friday: 80 min bike ride, 30min circuit class 7AP
 Saturday: 1hr ultimate practise 4AP
