Good morning, buddies, I hope everyone's enjoying their weekend.
In looking things over, it looks like most of us had a pretty good week.
Gentle Reminder to: Diannelee, Annie, Jerri, Bears, Nancy & Hazel to please finish posting your stats for last week. I know, I know, I'm a major pain in the neck, graemlins/ugh.gif but hey! that's the "Accountability" part of this, right?
Last week was good for me. I'm still humming along on the N.T. & combining it with Cathe Friedrich step routines, outside walking (weather permitting, and Christi Taylor high energy aerobics. So far, no problems with arms, knees, nothing. I know this is because of the cross training, and also, taking two days off from all exercise each week.
So, who's up for joining me again??
Sun. - 50 mins. N.T., outside 30 min.mod.walk
Mon. -55 mins.N.T.,plus 30 min.mod.outside walk
Tues. -Cathe Friedrich "Step Max" workout, plus 30 min.moderate outside walk, plus abs
Weds. -55 mins.N.T.,plus 30 min.mod.outside walk
Thurs. - Christi Taylor Aerobic workout,plus 30 min.outside mod.walk
Fri. -scheduled day off for recovery
Sat. - scheduled day off for recovery

Dawna, I get my test results tomorrow and if I get the go-ahead (which I expect to) I will come here first thing to report in! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif It'll be one month since I've exercised and it all went down the drain graemlins/sobbing.gif ...so I am anxious to get back to it.
So I'm saving this little area for myself to come back and post my stats tomorrow. ;)
Nothing like positive thinking hey? :D
~Update: I have the A-OK to start back exercising! ~ graemlins/thumbup.gif

Wow, this exercise thing is becoming addictive. On my 'days off' I find I have to do something so go for walks or bike rides anyway.
Goal for the week: Curves 3x
graemlins/thumbup.gif Sunday: 35 min high intensity walk with friend.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Monday: 45 min high intensity bike ride
graemlins/bcbsalute.gif (I'm saluting myself because this is a real achievement for me. The winds were gusting over 35 mph and when I had a cross breeze I had to lean the bike into the wind in order to keep it upright and not get pushed off. Last summer a 45 minute bike ride was a big outing. And I never biked in the wind. Period. I can't believe how much stronger I am this year, probably thanks to Curves.)
graemlins/thumbup.gif Tuesday: Curves and a 10 minute bike ride.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Wednesday: 50 minutes on the Nordic trak and exercise bike, plus a quick bike ride (8 minutes)
graemlins/sleep.gif Thursday: I meant to go to Curves but I had an amazingly productive paperwork day and couldn't take the time without disrupting the flow. I may not have exercised, but I feel 5 lbs lighter knowing so many of the 'fires' are now put out or under control.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Friday: Curves and a 30 minute walk
 Saturday: I missed out on Curves (ds needed my undivided attention and I missed getting out of the house before Curves closed despite being in my workout clothes all morning. Sigh..) I'll try and do something later.
