Happy Easter, fellow exercise buddies, Everyone ready to join me for another week?? I hope so~
I can't do it without all of you-
Last week was a good week for me, exercise-wise, and this week I am planning on increasing the tension in the Nordic Track once again. I'm also thinking of moving it to another location in the house, just to shake things up a little.
So far, no problems with arms, or anything else, but I am being careful to combine it with cross training, and I take the weekends off from everything.
So here goes....
Sun. - scheduled day off for recovery
Mon. -6.2 miles N.T.,559 Cal.burned,52.03 mins.,no walking tonight-hairdressers appoint.
Tues.-7 miles N.T.,57.7 mins.,633 cal.burned!
Weds.-50 min.Cathe Friedrich step workout,plus abs,plus upper body
Thurs.-6.1 miles N.T.,50.37 mins.,551 cal.burned,
plus upper body,plus 30 min.outside mod.walk
Fri.-Christi Taylor's "Step Heaven",plus 30 min.mod.outside walk
Sat.- scheduled day off for recovery

Good Morning Dawna,
I'm in for this week. I have been exercising just about every day the past two weeks. I'm not sure about today, but I expect to do something, even if just pilates the rest of the days.
Sun: Slow 3 mile walk - At least I was moving.
Mon: Aerobic Dancing
Tues: Pilates & 40 minute walk (to and from the hairdresser)
Wed: Aerobic dancing
Thurs: 1/2 hour pilates 1 hour walk
Fri: Aerobic Dancing
Sat: 17 mile bike ride
Lots of variety this week, not much real strenuous exercise.

I'm back for another week also but I won't be able to update from Thursday on since I will be out of town and not close to a computer, I think. We are going to visit family in Louisiana. I was just informed last night that they are having a HUGE crawfish boil with 320 pounds of crawfish, along with the potatoes and corn and whatever else they decide to cook that day so I am going to make sure I get my exercise in while I am down there. I am going to have to watch the food, because of course most of their gatherings are focused around food in that family.
I plan on exercising everyday and we are doing some site seeing while we are there so I know I will get some walking in there.
:D Sunday: The Firm Maximum Cardio Burn plus Abs
graemlins/ugh.gif Monday: unscheduled day off (allergy attack)
:D Tuesday: The Firm Maxium Cardio Burn plus Abs
Wednesday:
graemlins/sleep.gif Thursday: scheduled day off. Will be flying to New Orleans and then driving to Lafayette.
Friday: planning on 30-45 minutes of walking
Saturday: planning on 30-45 minutes of walking

Wow, another week is starting already!
OK, I'm in and this week I'll continue my goal of Curves 3x a week plus other stuff.
Rough plan:
graemlins/thumbup.gif Sunday: 20 min low intensity walk, plus a very active day. I did 9K steps when the pedometer was on but it was off for when I went to church.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Monday: Mini Walks (4 x 15 minute walks with the dog. Missed Curves because I had to dogsit until ds got home from work and he worked 3 extra hours.
I'm also getting sick (depression/stress related) so I'm watching myself carefully and pushing myself as hard as I can in order to stay OP.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Tuesday: 45 min at Curves
graemlins/thumbup.gif Wednesday: 10 min bike ride, 35 minute walk Felt really sick both yesterday and today (stress due to closing the sale of my childhood home) but still kept going and worked out. Thanks for the accountability.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Thursday: 15 minute bike ride, 40 minutes on the home machines.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Friday: 35 minute bike ride. Am feeling much better now that the house sale is over and we are having wonderful weather.
graemlins/thumbup.gif Saturday: Curves and a 25 minute bike ride.
Good luck everyone!

Wow, it was a great week for me!
I didn't manage Curves three times, just twice. But given the stress of the week, that's OK.
On the other hand, I did do something active everyday and managed to average 45 minutes of exercise per day.
I'm really pleased since I love the changes I'm seeing in myself. Bit by bit, I'm becoming so much stronger and healthier. I'm able to cope with stress in a much less destructive manner and can at least keep my perspective and plan a way through the stress when it happens.
Thanks for all the encouragement and accountability.
