View Full Version : 8 Minutes in the Morning: Anybody try this?

Hi,

Jorge Cruise is a popular online personal training personality with several books in the "8 Minutes" series. I'm considering buying his latest "8 Minutes to Extra Easy Weight Loss," because it touts a low-tech weight routine that I think might work for me when I travel (no dumbbells required).

So, y'all - has anyone tried any of his 8minute routines and did you like them/stick with them/get results from them?

I can't imagine that just 8 minutes would make a big difference for me (I've been doing 5-day splits (different muscle groups each day) for a year now). But maybe for travel?

What say you?

Hmmm I've never heard of these but it sounds interesting. I may have to go check it out. Sorry I'm not more help right now!

Good Question, I am currently doing 8 min in the morning, but just started. I hope it produces the results they say it will! Join me, I am sure it dont hurt doing it! Worst case you will stay the same right?
