Do any BCB have thoughts on which is better - to exercise for a long period of time once a day or if possible to split it into twice a day. My schedule has changed and so now I can only walk 1.5 miles at lunch time and then I walk another 1.5 after work or do the 1 or 2 mile WATP tape at home at night. I don't feel as sore( that good sore that you exercised) when I break it into two as I do walking all three miles at once like I do on the weekends. But I am also wondering about any health/weight loss benefits that go along with either way. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
