Do any BCB have thoughts on which is better - to exercise for a long period of time once a day or if possible to split it into twice a day. My schedule has changed and so now I can only walk 1.5 miles at lunch time and then I walk another 1.5 after work or do the 1 or 2 mile WATP tape at home at night. I don't feel as sore( that good sore that you exercised) when I break it into two as I do walking all three miles at once like I do on the weekends. But I am also wondering about any health/weight loss benefits that go along with either way. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I think you should do whatever works. You get the benefit whether you do one long walk or several short ones.

Any exercise program you will actually follow is better than one that may be more "ideal" but that you won't be able to keep up.
