WATP VIDEO QUESTIONS

Which WATP videos are you watching? I never realized there were so many! I know there are 1, 2 and 3 miles - but the years they come out differ.

My question is this: Do you have a WATP video series you DONT recommend? For instance, one made in a particular year? Thank you!

Hi there, Actually there is an older 4-mile WATP, that is the pits! Bad..bad..bad.. I wasted my money on it, but by telling you, maybe you won't.

Anyway, for Xmas I was given Leslie's "new" 4-mile WATP DVD. This one came out in April, 2003, & I LOVE it! My DH found it on Amazon.

Hi Klerisa,

I have the WATP boxed set 1-3 mile with a bonus stretchie - made 2003 which I use in rotation. It will come with two dvd's (1&2 mile; 3 mile) and the stretchie. You can grow with them and later use for example the 15 min 1mile as a warm-up.

Hi again, I have been looking around for that old 4-mile DVD, so I can tell you more about what NOT to buy, but I can't find the darn thing.

The one you are looking for was made in April, 2003, definitely not 2000.

Hope you can find it. DH said the best deal he could get on it (and the only place he could find it), was through Amazon.
