If I were to do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise in the afternoon, and then about 30 more at night, would I reap the same benefits if I were to do 45 min to 1 hr of exercise in one shot?
I am asking because with all the overtime I am working lately, I just don't have the time to do it all at once.
TIA!!!!!!!!!! :D

Well, I'm sure no expert, but I would say yes. In fact, I may do this myself when the weather gets warmer here, and I feel I will be getting the same benefits as doing it all at once.

I'm no expert either, but as long as you are working your heart and your muscles during your workout, you will be getting cardiovascular benefits and burning calories.
The only thing that might be down side is that you won't be increasing your endurance as effectively as you would with a longer training session... but this isn't really a priority unless you are training for something.
