Hello all,
I am a newbie to this forume. So far it looks really great!
I wanted to know if there is anyone out there doing a "Boot Camp" exercise program. There is one at my local YMCA that I joined and I love, but my motivation is starting to dwindle. Just reaching to see if anyone else is doing one also.
Thanks,
Janet

Hi Janet, I personally am not doing "Boot Camp", but it sounds like something my body needs. A lady in my WW group is doing "boot camp" and loves it !!
GOOD LUCK TO YA !!

I have been doing a Bootcamp video produced by The Method. It is in 3-15 minute segments and combines elements of tai chi, dance, calesthenics, resistance training and kickboxing. I enjoy it and do it as an alternative to my elliptical workout. Have fun!

Hi smile.gif I am new to all this, but am so glad I found a exercise board, lol
I am currently doing a bootcamp fitness for women class and love it!! It is three or four days a week for 1hr and 15min... I prepaid for 3mo and really hope to at least attend the class 3x's a week.
On my other days I hope to start walking and/or riding my bike again. I have been slacking a lot in the last few months and my thighs/bum/legs are showing it graemlins/ugh.gif

Janet, I just signed up at my local Y yesterday. I'm going to start their 12-week fitness program. Since I've never used a Gym before I thought I'd ease into it and have someone teach me how to use the machines first. graemlins/wave.gif
