I love this machine! I have back problems where even ellipticals are hard on me. But even though this machine is used sitting down, you get an excellent cardio workout! There is also a tape that shows you workouts for biceps, triceps, abs & legs. I'm sold! graemlins/thumbup.gif

I ordered it from HSN which was a lot cheaper than online or on their infommercial.
