cooked salad shrimp

Hi Buddies,

I don't eat salad shrimp much and I've moved in with my parents and left my books at my home. Could someone help me with this. One cup of cook salad shrimp would be how many pts?

Per the Getting Started book 1/2 cup of shrimp is 1pt. So your one cup would be 2pts. total. A pretty good deal to me! Enjoy! :D
