I love bread and even though i stay op i just eat to much of it, were talking about 5 slices or 6 a day. Do you think that's why i'm losing at a slow rate? how do break the addiction? graemlins/crazy.gif

To eat balanced you should be getting in 6-9 points a day in complex carbs. Is that what type your bread is...remember that regular bread 1 slice is a serving and light bread 2 slices are a serving.

If you are eating balanced with the rest of your points then you should be fine.

As long as you are calculating the points correctly, (check the nutritional info), and you are staying within your daily pts range, you should be fine.
