I sent you a private message with a yogurt/fruit muffin recipe. Hope you enjoy them. A friend of mine devised this recipe. They are quite good.

Any chance of having you post the recipe for others to try?
If it's a big secret, then, nevermind smile.gif
If not, thanks ahead of time graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Dawn's One Point Muffins
2 cups 100% All Bran
1/2 cup oatbran or oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup ff plain yogurt (or buttermilk)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup blueberries
2/3 cup diced peaches
2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix bran, oatbran, yogurt, applesauce, egg whites, vanilla and sugar. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in dry mixtures. Stir. Add fruit. Spray muffin tins with non fat spray. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Muffins are done when they spring back.
Makes 12 muffins - 1 points each.
You can add different fruits if you prefer, cried cranberries for instance. I don't like blueberries so I only add the peaches. They are quite filling and freeze well. Enjoy.
