okays -- i have been having a bit of trouble - but recently got back OP. Ive got about 10-15lb to loose, Im quite close to my goal.
I have decided to stick to a 21 day personal POP challenge.
I am on 18 (Australian WW, this is the lowest points target for under 64kg range) points per day.
I aim to walk at moderate speed 40 mins each night with my dog.
Take in water 2L min per day.
--- now.. about "eating the AP' points. I've tried to keep it just to 18points, but have got to 19, and 19.5points.
Objectively, is this still OP?
BTW -- anyone have any idea how many APs a mod 40min walk would have? 2- 2.5 -3?
