I was just on the message boards and my mom does the online subscription and has not mentioned any problems.

Maybe I am totally lame or something.....when I go to www.weightwatchers.com (http://www.weightwatchers.com) (which is what the search engine gives me as the address) I get, "sorry, page unavailable at this time" with the blue Weight Watchers heading and tabs....of which none work and just give me another "page unavailable at this time." What is the address to where you are going?
Thanks, Amy

This link I posted takes you to the main page. If you can't get in and you have a pop up blocker try disabling it until you get in and get it bookmarked. Sometimes that causes a problem.

Hi there,
Thanks for the help. It still won't let me thru, same thing happens. Do you happen to know what else might cause that? I don't have any pop up blockers........
I can get online with the Canada version! LOL!
Thanks again~

Clear your cache and/or temporary internet files and try again. It's doubtful there's a TTL (time to live) issue with DNS changes between the WW site and your ISP.
Don't use any shortcuts or bookmarks, type the url in yourself in the address bar.

Here's what the site says in the help topics:
Sign-up troubles
If you are having trouble accessing the secure sign up process and
are receiving a 'page cannot be displayed' error, you need to adjust
your security settings.
For a simple solution, especially for IE 5.0 and 5.01, you can upgrade
to 128 bit encryption for free, which will allow you to access our site
and increase the security of the information on your computer. To do
this, paste the link below into your browser. Please be sure to select
the correct operating system when downloading the 128 bit
encryption.
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/
recommended/128bit/default.asp
To be sure that you have the minimum security required for our site,
56 bit, on either a PC or a Mac, please follow the directions below.
Your browser may not support 56-bit encryption. We recommend you
use Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.75. Here is how to
make sure that your browser can handle this level of security. In IE,
click Tools then Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab and scroll
to the bottom. The boxes labeled Use SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 should be
ticked. In Netscape, click the button at the top of the screen labeled
Security (it has a lock icon on it). Select Navigator from the list on the
left side. Make sure that both Advance Security Configuration
Options are selected.
For Mac users, the settings are different. You can find these settings
under Preferences in the Edit Menu. Then go to Internet, Advanced,
Connections, and check the box marked "Support Multiple
Connections." You can also check your Security settings; go to
Security Zone in the same menu and make sure your settings are on
Medium.

Oh well.........did this all above (thank you) but none of it worked. I have 128 bit encryption, IE 5 and ect but I still can't get to the site.
I wasn't going to join anyhow, I just wanted to check it out. Thanks for all your suggestions!

I have been having the same EXACT problem. I thought it was just me! I haven't a clue why I can't get on. I also already did all the mentioned (a week or so ago).
