Hi,

Last year I did WW with much success. I took off the 10pds I had gained when I quit smoking.

Well, I fell off the WW wagon and ended up putting the 10pds back on. Now I can't seem to lose the weight. I was down 4.5 of those pds but recently gained another 2!

I exercise about 4-5X a week - weight training and the eliptical machine.

Here is my typical day of eating - I'm a mini-meal eater and my daily pt value is 20. I eat low-carb too but if I add more carbs in I go crazy with them...can't control my urges.

Please help! =)

Morning:
toast - 2pts
egg beaters - 1pt
fruit - 1pt
water!

lunch:
veggies/salad - 0
protein (usually turkey) - 4 pts
jello - 0
water!

mid-afternoon snack:
cocoa - .5pts
melba toast - 1pt
water!

Before the gym:
turkey jerky - 3pts
water!

Dinner:
fish or chicken - 5pts
fat (like butter or oil) - 1pt
veggies - 0pts
water!

Dessert:
ice pop - 1pt
cocoa (with ff whip cream) - 1.5pts

Late night (I need a late night snack):
turkey jerky - 2pts

Total on typical day: 23 pts

I eat more if I go out to eat and that's 2X (the weekend).

Thanks!

If I were you I would start eating every AP for a week...or two. As often as you exercise, it may well be that you are at or below the starvation threshhold.

Ditto the other post! Sound to me like you are not eating enough.

I have to echo the others. Not only are you not eating all your AP but your not even touching your fp. I think you need more food. it may be scary at first but you may see a better loss.

PS OH! also if your that close to goal, it will be harder I think. Just the way it seems to go smile.gif
