This is the one I have every morning:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (I get the big bag at Costco and it is about 4 strawberries for 1/2 a cup), 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit (I also get the big bag at Costco), 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, 1 cup of diet V8 splash = 3 points
Sometimes I toss in 1/2 a banana for an additional point.
But I have many smoothie recipes post at Smoothies Only (http://pub11.ezboard.com/fwwunofficialmessageboardbeveragesanddrinks).

I have been having strawberry smoothies pretty regularly these days. A bit different than the others though.
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
about a 1/2 cup crystal light(I use strawberry/orange/banana
3 packets nutra sweet
Add all of the above except nutra sweet into blender and bring to desired consistancy. you may have to add refrigerated water for more liquid. I prefer using the frozen strawberries so I don't have to add the ice.

What I do is take a french vanilla ww smoothie powder mix, put into blender.Add 1 cup fat free milk and a nonfat yogurt any flavor.Add 1/2 cup frozen fruit and blend til smooth.
I usually do strawberry or blueberry since I have plenty of those fruits in my freezer. It comes out to 7 points but very filling I think.

I used to love the WW Cappuccino Smoothies. Since WW no longer makes them, I found a recipe (and I think it was on this board at one time) that tastes almost as good. Take one cup cold skim milk, 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee, a little bit of rum extract, a little bit of cinnamon and some ice cubes. Two points for whole thing. I will usually add a WW vanilla smoothie to that concoction to get a 3 point smoothie. Fills me up and is awfully good.

I found an excellent smoothie recipe book called "Smoothies for Athletes". It's got about 120 different recipes and has the nutritional content of each in a section in the back. I got it from www.Books4Download.com (http://www.books4download.com/product.php?products_id=81)
Hope this helps.

8 oz milk (2pts)

1 tsp powdered baking cocoa (20 calories = no points)
1 tsp pb (1 pt)
1 tsp instant coffee (cuts the chocolate)
Very filling and is 4 pts.
