Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could post (re-post?) the information on how to set up the preferences in WWCalc to make it work with the new FlexPoints program? I am (hopefully) getting WWCalc 4.0.6 soon, right now I've got version 4.0.1 running. Any advice on setting up the preferences would be great. My range (I'm on maintenance) is 26-31pts per day.

Thanks in advance to all who reply!

Does everyone in WW get a calc?

WWCalc is a WW journaling program for PDAs. I have it on my Palm m130 and it's great.

Weight Watchers has an actual points calculator, but I don't have it. I understand the new ones do other things too. It costs though to purchase it.

The one mentioned here is downloaded to your Palm.

Hi, I'm new to WW - my first meeting isn't until next week. I'm not sure if they give this information out at meetings, but, the equation for calculating points on anything is fairly simple:

Pts = Cal/50 + Fat/12 - Fiber/5

Cal: Number of calories
Fat: Number of fat grams
Fiber: Number of grams of fiber

These values can be found on the "Nutritional Value" label of most products.
