New WW program??

I've seen this topic on other threads but there doesnt seem to be any firm answer. I was just on the UK site of WW and their new plan is called "Time to Eat",,,it sounds just like points plan but with a few bonuses. Does anyone know anything about this? Is this the new plan for us?
