I know there was something like this posted in the past, but I can't find it. I've just gone back to WW - doing the Flex plan - and wonder if any of you Canadians know of any really good low point items out there. There is a Superstore next to my office and while I don't usually shop there, I recall there being some good items available. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Sheila

Healthy choice low fat ice cream bars. They are creamy and taste sinful! Superstore has the TGTBT brand which is usually tasty low fat food. They used to have the best low fat pizza. I think it was 16 points for the whole pizza. I really like McCains Greek pizza - 5 points for 1/4 of the pizza. smile.gif

Hi Shelac:

A non fat yogurt that is sweetened with splenda is SOURCE Yogurt, it is quite delicious and try to buy it above all others. I know you won't have a problem getting it out there.
