im new to bootcamp and just wanted to say hi,ive just started weight watchers at home and a freiend recomended that i come join you all on here im from the staffordshire in the uk,i am 30 and i work in a book shop so at least while im working i get to do my fav thing ,,,,,,,,,,read
i want to lose weight ,not just because i look big but for health reasons,i sound like a steam train whenever i walk more than 3 steps........lol
