Bizz, our Fall starts on September 21st. Which side of the continent are you on? My Auzzie girlfriends all left me after being in Holland a few years. They did not like it and went home. I hear it is a beautiful country.
I am trying to stay within the WW Euro points. I am alotted only 24 points. I am starving, somewhere on here they talk about differences in the points, but it is almost same. No fat free products here, so if I had any fat to my diet, I am over my points. Maybe I should stick with the US way.

Hello, is your greek friend Dora!!!

Our summers is at the end according the calendar but in Greece we have hot-warm weather till mid November.

Tinatulips according to my WW book you have 24-29 points and not only 24, why sarving?
When I am starving I always loose the control. I am afraid of starvation, I avoid it, I always try to have some snack around.

BIZZ Hello to Australia!! In 11 days our Automn begins according calendar but not in reality. I am a little tired of high temperatures in Greece (39-42 C). I love greek winter (not to cold and very rare snow)

Lisa-Marie,
I do eat a lot of veggies, but I am not a snacker. So I use my points for meals. Just adding fat and stuff takes up a few. smile.gif I am doing better. I need to check out the points once more, it seems I have been overestimating big time!!

well tina if you have been over estimating you should have loads more points to eat :D :D

some times i have to stop and check my portion sizes because i have been doing it for a while my small gets medium  then to large graemlins/ugh.gif LOL but after a while it comes second nature , as my sister tells me I wish you was as tight with your money as you are your points! :D
