How do you count Bisto?

Can anyone help me? My English husband has developed a habit that a guess afflicts many an expat - he uses Bisto with everything. It must be that taste of home sensation he craves. Do you know how many points it has per Tablespoon. I haven't been counting it, but it looks like it could contain some fat. Lillie
