after a 4 week absence and an extra lb or 2 graemlins/ugh.gif I swear it was was never this hard over a year ago when i first went! LOL or maybe it was more frustrating becasue i now know how much i usually can do, but alas today i managed only half the usual calorie burnt off!
BUT I WENT! i did lay in bed THINKING ABOUT IT LOL but i got myself motivated and i even went on my bike graemlins/bcbsalute.gif
well buddies i dont know what else i will be doing today but i will pop back after i have had some lunch I am now wasting away I am sure!! hahah
KYOOT you dinner sounded yummy! as for running after kids I bet that would be at least 10 bonus points
with the driving test here you are only allows 1 serious fault and it is a failure (like not looking in your mirror when exit a round about), but your 15 minor was for example yesterday he said i indicated a few seconds too early =1 minor fault, and i changed down a gear for a corner where he said i didnt need to = 1 minor fault etc, but fingers crossed i hope i can pass first time.
later buddys

Still eating that Giant Sundae so I haven't gone to the Stepper yet but I wanted to reply. Early indicating wouldn't even be on the list, or not looking in your mirror, and for me not changing or changing wouldnt' even be on the list because I drive Automatic. smile.gif Things I did wrong on my test were driving into a parking spot instead of the parallel parking, or letting go of the wheel while it went back into position after making a turn. Apparently the Tester was very freaked on that one.
Supper did turn out great. I've been using the Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italien Dressing on my Salada which is 15Cals for 2TBSP and yummy.
OK Stepper here I come

lilly see my previous post about exercise
"Exercise is evil" "Exercise is evil"
Remember as long as you just glance in your mirro this is fine -BUT make an exaggerated move with your head as though you are craning round to see
(the first time i failed (not that you will) was because I was glancing round JUST with my eyes
as far as miserable old bleeder was concerned I DIDNOT check my mirrors
So glance with eyes but exaggerate with head
you must let us know the day before your test so we can test you/make you laugh/take your mind off test

WWHHHOOOOO!!! THE BUDDIES ARE BACK!!!
I can't tell you how happy I am to see you back posting Lilly and Nosher! I am sure to be motivated with you two kickin' skinny UK chicks! I just got home from my hols. It was so hot and humid in Massachusetts. The good news is that my husband willingly took me to two great Art museums to escape the heat :D . It sure is good to be home again. I am looking forward to the revised WW program. Don't know if it starts this week or next but I am going this week for sure. I never did join the gym Lilly, but I did get the FIRM exercise tapes and they are quite challenging. I will try to get back into them now that I am home. Looks like you are doing great. I am SO EXCITED to have my buddies back!!!!!!!! graemlins/crazy.gif I'll write more tomorrow.

G'Morning Lisa-Marie, Von and Kyoot!
I can't tell you how wonderful it was to sleep in my own bed last night. Ah Bliss! We had fun on hols, but it is great to be back home. My Scottie dogs were so excited to see us. They have been my shadow since I returned. Tomorrow is a big day. We start the Fall classes. Now I have to get my lazy body and spacey mind back in high gear again. Hope I can pull it off. graemlins/crazy.gif I will go to a ww meeting on Tuesday for a WI and damage conrol. Later...

Kyoot have you had a good sunday?
as for me i have had a rare day off with my husband today he had a day off from both jobs graemlins/crazy.gif so we went oon our bikes to the town centre, and then got the bus into cleethorpes, the plan was to go on the bikes but ohhhhhhhhhhh it was soooo windy ! i wimped out lol we walked around the big sunday market bought not a thing but managed to spend £30 LOL DH wanted fish and chips, (he is still like a tourist sometimes, he has to have fish and chips at the seaside :D ) as for me i sat with a chip bun and water, but now i am at home regretting it as i think they had old oil in their fryers or something as i have terrible indigestion so now i used 11 points and i have stomach ache for the privelage tongue.gif
BUT we have had a nice time sat in a cafe watching the world go by.

hi All
I'm having a good Sunday, I'm done with my 20points for the day on the eating, so now to go earn some so I can eat more. smile.gif well drink more. Hubbie went out to buy some wine. WE are packign and packing and packing.
Susan for now I'm above Mass. smile.gif
Lisa Marie good luck on getting in for the test before the 9th.
Von ever notice that evil exerise if done backwards is live. smile.gif I know it's corny but hey it might work to get the "evil" gone. I never in my life liked or did excerise, now my body craves it. I got my Jogging stroller back this weekend so I'm doing my 4mile walk tonight after the DS' get their baths and Pj's on.
I Guess that is my Sundae, oh did I see somewhere on this site where you can look ip the Cals Burned for an Activity? Or was I dreaming when I saw that?
