kj to calories conversion? New Zealanders?

Friends who vacationed in New Zealand just brought us back some lovely Kiwi Dessert Sauce and Kiwifruit & Cognac Conserve. The Energy is listed at 203.7 kj and 283.3 kj per serving respectively... can anybody tell me what this translates into in calories?

If memory serves me right, 1 kcal (calorie)=4kJ. Therefore, divide the 283.3KJ, by 4 to get the number of calories per serving.
