Well, I was another 2 pounds down last night. That's 11 pounds now. I'm thrilled, as I thought that I was struggling to get going. Hope I can keep this up.

This week was a downer for me. I knew I blew it, so I didn't even bother to weigh in. graemlins/ugh.gif I'm trying to get myself back in gear though, and hopefully this week's sins won't show up too bad on next week's scales. If it does though... that's what I get.
