Hi fellow Canadians and Cape Bretoners:
So nice to hear from you all, I am glad to see so many Cape Bretoners, so far I have met 4 and just wondering how many more of us are there. I have since moved away from Glace Bay, lived in Halifax, and when my husband retired from the Navy we moved to his hometown in Quebec, my dream one day is to move back to beautiful Cape Breton.
I enjoy this site and have received lots of tips and inspiration. Good Luck to all.

Hey, Ris...where in NB did you live? My old stomping grounds used to be Richibucto/Rexton (just north on Moncton). I'm in Alberta now, but I hope to move back to NB one day!

Hi Ris,
We were home last summer, too. We drove across the country  with 3 young kids!!! I managed to get into Moncton once for some shopping (at Champlain Place!). I remember as a teenager, we use to go into the city to shop for the morning, then head home only to come back to party at the "Cosmo" later in the evening (we were about 45 minutes away!). AHHHHhhh...those were the days!

I can't believe the connections in here! I grew up in 'Moncton'- Riverview actually (Gunningsville area) and I now live in Downtown Halifax going to Dal (Right off Spring garden!). Champlain definately rocks and the Cosmo is still THE club downtown! I cannot believe there are people on these boards who've even heard of NB, let alone Riverview! You guys are making me homesick! ;) Have a great day all you Maritimers! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Hi Everyone,
Wow! there sure is alot of Maritimer's here and nice to "see" you all. I am from the Halifax area actually Sackville I don't if any of you recognize that name. It is 15-20 minutes from Halifax.
I recognize all the names in NB and have been there many times. I spent some time in Saint John several years ago. That city sure has changed.
Nice seeing you all on the board.
