Slim Cows in Canada

Finally we have our own Skinny Cows in Canada. My sister just brought me one. You can get them at Costco. They are called Slim Cows and come in a box of 20 for $10.99. 2 points each!!!! They look almost exactly like Skinny Cows and my mom (who has had Skinny Cows) says they taste almost the same. My mom also bought Fudge Ice Cream bars last week at Costco that I think are only 2 points each. May be the same company. The box of Slim Cows said they are made by a company in Saint John's so I am not sure if they are the same as the Silhouette ones or not but who cares they are bloody good!!!

Wow! I've been listening to my friends rave about skinny cows for YEARS! Thanks for letting us know! I hope they have them here in Ontario!!!

A co-worker of mine told me about the Slim Cow bars from Costco so I bought a box. She had calculated them at 2 points each as well. I found out that the bars are actually 3 points each. The vanilla bars are 144 cal. and 1.7 grams fat. The chocolate ones are 152 cal. and 1.7 grams fat. graemlins/ugh.gif

I saw them at Costco here in St. Catharines. Not sure where in Ontario you are, but come on down to Niagara and pick some up if you can't find any near you!! smile.gif

I think I'm putting them on my grocery list this week....they're kind-of a "yellow-light" food for me...not quite red-light. I think the cost will prevent me from eating a lot in one sitting though!! smile.gif

What are slim cows? I keep hearing about it over the on WW boards. I am from BC, will they have them at our costco? Are they ice cream bars?

I am highly addicted to the Dairy Queen fudge bars..they are 1 point! Pretty good huh, hehe!

I posted a thread on the DT about these guys last month b/c I was so excited! After hearing our American buddies talking about Skinny Cows, I was so pleased that we had our own equivalent. Yes, they are 3 points, not 2, but still very very good.

I've only seen them at Costco and our Coscto has trouble keeping them in stock. I hope they get some in soon!
