Lent and pancake day

Anyone participate in Pancake Day in the UK?
I do and already bought some Aunt Bessie's pancakes which relieve me of mixing up a batter and going overboard on the size of the cakes. I don't have the specs here but I do believe they are a do-able point and won't take me offP.

And now for what I will give up for Lent. Hmmmmmm... :confused:

Chattie graemlins/wave.gif hey I'm not from the UK, but DH is so I reckon that counts, and so are my ancestors too :D I don't like pancakes so that makes pancake day easy for me! Hope you enjoyed your pancakes!
