I am having trouble calculating my coffee.

I like a large double double... I count it as 2, what do you think?

Also, how bad are those fruit explosion muffins, or the cinn. rasin bagels....?

Has anyone seen that comercial about the kid studing in Scotland? Cheesey, but nice!

Thanks in advance...

OK here goes. I'm no help with the coffee except I know they use 18% cream. (A former member of the WW meeting I attend used to work for them). I have taken my coffee with double milk just for that reason.
Fruit Explosion Muffins are 7 points. Last year when they had the low fat verson out they were still 7 points. (If I remember correctly they had lower fat and more calories - I double checked with the 800# twice to make sure.)
Off the top of my head I think all the bagels are
around 6 points.
Check with your local Tim's and see if they have a nutritional information sheet that might give you a more accurate count.
The Scotland commercial is OK - I hope they don't overdo it or people will get sick of it. (Just my thought).
Sorry I have no better news about Tim's but I enjoy it anyway on occassion.

The point value of a lot of Timmy's food is in the fast food book. I do love their coffee, but I drink it black so I can't help you there. Sheila

They have all the nutritonal info for the US and Canada on their website. (http://www.timhortons.com/english/images/nutcan.pdf)
A coffee with single sugar and cream is 78 calories and 4 g fat. I assume you would need to double that to 156 calories and 8 g fat for 4 points. But that's for a 10 oz coffee. There isn't specific information for the larger size. The muffin is 350 calories, 10 g fat and 2 g fiber (or should I say fibre smile.gif ) for 7 points as Gayle said. The bagel is 301 calories, 2 g fat and 3 g fiber for 6 points.
Hope this all helps.

Thanks buddies! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

That does help...I think I will switch to milk for my coffee, instead of 18% cream!!

Tim Hortons will give you a pamphlet with all of their nutritional info on it if you ask for it. They list everything in their store.
